Not sure what you people are complaining about. Complete Edition sucks. You can downgrade properly to 1.0.8.0 with DLC implemented, Multiplayer, Downgraded Radio, and even still have Steam Achievements. There is literally no reason to play the complete edition.

ive been playing lcpdfr for the first time and cannot arrest people, i aim at them and press e with my gun out, and they just run as if i were not a cop, they wont submit to be arrested as they should. how can i fix this? i also cant set a subject as wanted with aim +3 as well. here is my log ---. Alright, so I'm on Windows 10 and I downgraded to 1.0.7 for GTA 4 to use some mods. The only ones I installed were Simple Native Trainer and LCPDFR. I didn't like the strange performance problems on 1.0.7 so I uninstalled LCPDFR via the uninstall application, and deleted any remaining ASI loaders and mod dlls from the root of the GTA 4 folder. Then I validated game files to update the game.
1.) Install the mod 2.) Enter multiplayer (and set private slots & invite friends) 3.) Get/spawn police car with a trainer 4.) Go to a point where you become a police officer OR change model with trainer OR become police officer by using a command "forceduty". I'm guessing the mod's hotkeys are written in the instruction.
